It's been awhile since I wrote something down here. I have been pretty busy lately. Tommy has been doing great, he is still on his medicines, very active little guy. We went for his appointment after the eeg. Doc says he is doing great but there is still that little something! what does that mean anyways? I do not get that, why is there always a little something. Doc says he is taking him off the medicine. Let me just add this was in April. He gave me the prescription for the amount of frizium he will need to wean him off of it. I was very excited, but Pete wasn't at all to him something was wrong with all this. As we were all driving home, he looked at me and asked me, "Didn't the doctor say we have to start taking him off his medicine after 2 years?" I agreed, that is what he said to us. He turned that car around so fast, I ran up to his office, it was close to closing, I really didn't want to miss him. I asked him about that, and if he maybe made a mistake. He apologized and gave me a new prescription. Gosh imagine I would of started taking him off the med's. He said his brain has to develop and after only 2 years then we start taking him off. If Tommy would have had a seizure again, he would of been starting all over again from zero. We would have had to wait 2 more years from the date. I'm just happy his father realized that. He hasn't had a seizure since the hospital, so I am very happy about that. Personally, I think he only had seizures because of this really bad ear infection. Tommy has never had a high fever before that so it was in between febrile seizures and a bad ear infection.
I started school again after so many years. I am taking a computer course it is very interesting I am enjoying it a lot. I cant wait till I get my diploma and go out there into the work field. It has been so long since I have done such a thing. The experience of school is preparing me for that, I haven't been out in a while with the public. It feels great and we are all happy about my new experiences. It would be great to take a web designing course also cause boy ! this site needs help !! ha ha ha.
If i had time I would play with it and try new things, but with all the studying and stuff going on I never have time. Maybe after I finish college I will work on it a little more, for now I will try and update it more often because how long I haven't wrote in here is awful. I felt really bad not doing it, but finally I sat down and actually did something.
I have to get back to studying now, I will keep updating more frequently now :)
